The Morovu R1005 combines ECG/EKG recording with daily wellness and activity tracking in a lightweight smart ring. It supports blood glucose risk assessment, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, sleep, exercise and remote family care through the companion app.

The R1005 brings together ECG measurement, 24-hour health tracking, multiple sports modes, sleep monitoring, remote care, activity records, IP68 protection and an extended-use charging case.
ECG/EKG Measurement
The built-in ECG sensor records electrocardiogram waveforms and synchronizes the results with the app for review. Measurements are intended for personal wellness reference and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis.
Intelligent ECG Analysis
The companion app displays ECG waveforms, heart rate, blood pressure and HRV-related information in an organized report, helping users review recorded trends more easily.
The app may also display wellness indexes and ECG-related screening references. All results are for informational use only and should not be used as a medical diagnosis.
Blood Glucose Risk Assessment
View blood glucose trend references in the app and use the calibration settings to enter pre-meal and post-meal reference values. This function is designed for wellness trend assessment rather than direct medical glucose measurement.
Automatic Blood Pressure Monitoring
The ring can record blood pressure reference data and synchronize the results with the app. Calibration values for systolic and diastolic pressure can be entered through the app settings.
Automatic Heart Rate Monitoring
Automatically record heart rate data at scheduled intervals and review detailed records and trends through the companion app.
Blood Oxygen Monitoring
The optical sensor tracks blood oxygen saturation reference data and sends detailed records to the app for convenient daily review.
Body Temperature Trend Monitoring
Track body temperature trend data throughout the day and view daily, weekly and monthly records in the app.
Nighttime Sleep Monitoring

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MOROVU. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, estimated delivery times, shipping rates, tracking, delays, and what to do if there is a delivery problem.
1. Shipping Destinations
MOROVU currently ships to the following primary markets. Additional countries or regions may also be available when shown as an available destination during checkout.

Shipping availability may vary by product, destination, carrier, postal code, and local delivery conditions. Remote areas, islands, P.O. Boxes, military addresses, territories, and certain postal codes may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.
Business days are generally Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays applicable to our operations.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
High order volume, payment verification, incomplete address information, product availability, or other operational issues may require additional processing time.
If we need additional information to process your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.
Free standard shipping: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more may qualify for free standard shipping to eligible destinations. Eligibility and the final shipping charge will be shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the free-shipping threshold.
Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After processing and dispatch, standard delivery is generally estimated to take 3–10 business days.
Fast Shipping, when available and selected at checkout, is generally estimated to take 1–7 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination and begin when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.
Remote locations, islands, P.O. Boxes, military addresses, customs processing, public holidays, carrier congestion, severe weather, supply interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in longer delivery times.
5. Tracking and Separate Packages
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address or phone number associated with your order.
Tracking information may take approximately 24–72 hours after dispatch to display its first carrier update.
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations and shipped in separate packages.
Packages from the same order may arrive on different days. When available, separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
6. Address Accuracy and Changes
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit, building, postal code, and access information where applicable.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address, contact us for assistance.
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order when permitted by applicable law and disclosed to you in advance.
7. Shipping Delays and Unavailable Items
If we learn that we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and any available option to consent to the delay, cancel the affected item, or receive a refund as required by applicable law.
If we determine that an item cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If only part of an order can be shipped, we will provide the appropriate refund for the unshipped item and any related charge as required by applicable law.
We will not replace a required refund with store credit unless you expressly agree and applicable law permits it.
8. Delivered, Missing, or Lost Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:
- Check the mailbox, porch, side entrance, garage, parcel locker, and other safe delivery areas.
- Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.
- Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.
- Allow up to 48 hours, because some carriers may record delivery shortly before final drop-off.
- Contact the carrier and then MOROVU support if the package is still missing.
We will review the tracking record and available delivery information and will provide any replacement, refund, claim assistance, or other remedy required by applicable law and the circumstances.
9. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs or video of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label.
Keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a missing component, replacement, repair, return option, or refund as appropriate.
This 7-day reporting request does not limit any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
10. Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has begun.
If the order has already shipped, it will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy .
If we approve a cancellation before shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2-Year Limited Warranty
MOROVU products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur during normal use within the warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or water exposure beyond the product’s stated water-resistance limitations.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Please provide your order confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other proof showing the original purchase date.
Tell us about the issue and provide your order information, proof of purchase, and relevant photos or videos if available.
We may provide troubleshooting steps or ask you to return the product for inspection.
If the product is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, MOROVU will repair or replace it as appropriate. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and may be the same or a comparable model.
Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a product for warranty inspection, unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed by MOROVU Customer Support.
